Q: "How do you screen guests?"
A: We personally communicate with each potential guest, read their profiles and review previous host comments on short term stay platforms before accepting their booking.
Q: "What about unit damage?"
A: Guests are typically out working and doing their planned activities the majority of the time. This reduces wear and tear a great deal. In the event something gets damaged we provide two million dollars liability and damage insurance for every location.
Q: "How long will you lease for?"
A: We will sign a year lease and plan to stay long term.
Q: "How do you limit noise?"
A: We have noise monitoring and mobile device counting technology available alerting us of prolonged loud noises and large gatherings.
